1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Delivery Coverage
Milano di Classe currently offers delivery to all regions within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship internationally.
All deliveries are carried out via established third-party couriers. We work only with reputable logistics partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of all orders. However, Milano di Classe is not affiliated with or responsible for the operational practices of third-party delivery services.
1.2 Processing & Dispatch Times
Once payment has been successfully received, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). During promotional events, seasonal periods, or force majeure conditions, dispatch times may be subject to delay. Customers will be notified where materially relevant.
We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order in cases involving:

Incomplete or unverifiable payment information

Suspected fraudulent activity

Unavailability of the product due to inventory errors

Delivery address issues deemed undeliverable by couriers
1.3 Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times for UK addresses are as follows:

These timeframes are estimates only. Milano di Classe cannot and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Delays may occur due to:

Operational backlog at the courier level

Incorrect delivery address details provided by the customer
1.4 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number and courier details. It may take up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active. If tracking information does not update within 5 business days, you may contact our customer service team for support.
Customers are fully responsible for monitoring their shipment’s progress using the tracking details provided. Milano di Classe shall not be held liable for parcels lost due to uncollected packages, delivery refusal, or unattended addresses.
1.5 Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and total order value. Where applicable, shipping promotions (e.g. free shipping on orders over a certain threshold) will be clearly displayed on the site and automatically applied.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, even if the parcel is returned or refused unless required by law.
1.6 Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender
In cases where an order cannot be delivered due to:

Customer absence during delivery attempts

Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address information

Delivery refusal by the recipient
…the parcel may be returned to sender. Milano di Classe reserves the right to deduct a restocking fee and/or charge redelivery costs before issuing a refund.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 General Returns
Milano di Classe offers customers the right to request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their order. All returns must comply with the conditions outlined below.
Returned goods must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

In their original packaging with all labels, seals, and tags intact

Free from odours, stains, marks, or damage

Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or invoice)
Returns that fail to meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.
2.2 Exclusions from Return
Certain categories are non-returnable under any circumstances, unless proven faulty upon arrival:

Underwear or intimate garments

Swimwear

Personal care or hygiene-related items

Items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable” at time of purchase

Digital gift cards, voucher codes, or downloadable content

Products that have been altered, washed, or show signs of wear
2.3 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team at support@milanodiclasse.com within the 14-day return window. A return authorisation number and instructions will be provided.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.
We strongly recommend that all returns are sent via a tracked and insured delivery service. Milano di Classe accepts no liability for returns lost in transit.
2.4 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival. Where applicable, proof of shipping expenses will be required for refund or reimbursement.
2.5 Return Review & Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds apply only to returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by UK consumer law.
Milano di Classe is not liable for any delays imposed by your bank or payment processor in receiving funds.
2.6 Refused or Invalid Returns
Items that do not meet our return conditions will not be refunded. Customers will be offered the option to have the item returned to them at their own cost. If no reply is received within 14 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the item.
2.7 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or materially incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@milanodiclasse.com.

Upon verification, a full refund or replacement will be issued, subject to product availability.
2.8 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Customers seeking alternative sizes or styles must return their item(s) for refund and place a new order separately.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UK law, Milano di Classe shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages

Delays or failures caused by third-party logistics providers

Misuse, neglect, or unauthorised alteration of any purchased product

Loss of profits, business, or opportunity

Errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or order handling

Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, postal strikes, customs delays, and civil unrest
All goods and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Milano di Classe makes no representation that its services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In any and all cases, our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the product in dispute.
By using this website and placing an order, you expressly agree to release Milano di Classe, its directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to the use of our products and services.
4. Policy Amendments

It is the responsibility of the customer to review the latest version before completing a purchase.
Use of the website or placement of an order after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
